I qualified as a counsellor from Anglia Ruskin University and am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have undertaken further courses in Relationship Counselling and Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
I have extensive experience in mental health disorders (depression, stress, anxiety, panic attacks and so on) and in Bereavement counselling. I feel very strongly that no-one should go through the loss of a loved one alone. It is a very painful journey and the right support can make a difference.
I have worked with many clients with cancer and other terminal illnesses, as well as cancer survivors.
I am aware of the courage it takes to enter into counselling and I can promise anyone who gets in touch, from all backgrounds and cultures, that I will do my best to support you.
I just wanted to say a very big Thank You to you for helping me come through the other side. Your help, advice, encouragement and belief in me has helped me become even stronger amd more confident in my everyday life.
Thank you again. You are a star!
I woiuld like to thank you for the sessions and time I have spent with you. It has been helpful in so many ways and you are truly a wonderful cousellor. I wish you every success in all your future endeavours, wherever they may take you.
Best wishes Davina
